From the month May to August is the summer in Shandong of China, the weather is very hot and the temperature is very high. But the Fresh Garlic doesn't need to put into the cold house. The farmers called it is the rest period for the garlic. The garlic will not sprout in this period even not put into cold storage. During the past sevsral months, the fresh garlic price is not stable, but after put into cold storage, the price may more stable than before.
